The session will be led by Vasil Slanchev, Strategic Lead Private Banking and Mutual Funds at Postbank, who brings more than 22 years of professional experience in leading financial institutions on the Bulgarian market. Drawing on extensive expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, currencies, derivatives, and wealth management, he will share practical insights into investing, saving, and spending wisely.

About the speaker
Vasil Slanchev is the Strategic Lead Private Banking and Mutual Funds at Postbank. He has more than 22 years of professional experience in leading financial institutions on the Bulgarian market, and extensive expertise in investments across a wide range of financial instruments, including mutual funds, ETFs, currencies, derivatives, as well as specialized wealth management and wealth structuring services.
In his current role at Postbank, he oversees two key business lines: private banking and the distribution of Luxembourg based mutual funds. His responsibilities include relationship management with HNWI and UHNWI clients, developing sales and marketing strategies for successful market positioning, coordinating with the management company in Luxembourg, leading automation and digitalization initiatives, and overseeing training and development within the teams.
Vasil holds an EMBA from the University of Sheffield, has completed management programs at Harvard University, and is a certified investment consultant.
